1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2. No Gambling or Financial Guarantee Disclaimer

3. Virtual Currencies & Closed Economy

• The Service utilizes two virtual currencies: Diamonds (Hard) and Coins (Soft).
• These currencies are purely digital tokens with zero real-world cash value. They cannot be converted, refunded, or redeemed for real-world fiat currency.
• We reserve the right to manage, modify, or terminate virtual balances associated with accounts flagged for system manipulation or exploits.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plus and Pro memberships are billed on a recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, or Stripe (for web purchases). Cancellation can be managed directly through your device's subscription settings or via the web platform. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

5. Unlocking Content & Access Rights

• Unlocking an insight, analysis, or premium feature grants access to view that content within the Service — it does not transfer ownership or possession of the content to the user.
• All unlocked insights, statistical data, analyst reviews, and premium content remain the intellectual property of Arena Sports Insights.
• Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any unlocked content.
• Access to unlocked content may be revoked if a subscription expires, is cancelled, or if the account is found to violate these Terms.
• Unlocking an insight does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or permanence of the underlying data. Content may be updated, revised, or removed at our discretion.
