About Czech First League 2026

Czech First League 2026 is the 33rd season of the Czech top flight, the highest level of professional football in the Czech Republic. The 2025-26 campaign, also known as the Chance Liga, runs from 18 July 2025 to 24 May 2026 with 16 clubs. Slavia Prague, Sparta Prague and Viktoria Plzeň are the headline names each season.

Competition Format

Slavia Prague entered the season as defending champions and went on to win the 2025-26 title, their 9th Czech First League crown. Sparta Prague, Viktoria Plzeň, Baník Ostrava and Jablonec are the other established contenders.
